Our Residential Program offers those experiencing homelessness temporary, transitional shelter, intensive case management, income assistance, documentation support and housing assistance enabling clients to save income for sustainable housing. Case managers conduct a comprehensive assessment with each residential client to identify their obstacles to housing; then help them create a plan to overcome those barriers.

 

During a stay in the Residential Program, clients gain access to community supports that allow them to address physical, mental and substance health related issues.
